This drawing, titled ‘Mountain Rams’, pictured above, is a pencil drawing by Tim Forhan. With his great use of shading and detail work in every part of this drawing, you can see the depth and texture of each ram, mountain, tree and everything in between. A mountain ram, or argali, is the largest species of wild sheep. A ram is a male sheep, while the female sheep is called an ewe. Argali are considered and endangered species, mostly because of loss of habitat and hunters. This pencil drawing is a wonderful work of art that Tim completed in 2001.
